Background
Aliquam Consulting is a reliable resource available to intelligence, law enforcement, educational, religious and private entities seeking expert, scholarship-based information on cultic, ritualistic, and extremist groups and practices. In addition to being certified as a Crime Scene Technician, Aliquam's proprietor holds degrees in Journalism and Religious Studies, with graduate work in historical and sociocultural elements of religion. Aliquam's Proprietor initially spent some 20 years as a newspaper reporter and editor. While regional editor of a statewide Catholic newspaper, he assisted an internationally renowned Roman Catholic exorcist with workshops on cult crime presented to law enforcement and church groups in South Florida. There he also provided agencies with intelligence assistance and crime scene analysis. In 2001 he transitioned to academia. His journalism experience includes stints reporting on the wars in Bosnia and Afghanistan, where he spent several weeks embedded with the U.S. Marines in Helmand Province. He now provides his unique understanding of cultic, ritualistic and extremist groups and their belief systems and activities to those in need of such expertise.
